We like to know things about other people.
I love to sit down and read a well written biography.
Social media soaks up our time as we look through people's pictures of what's going on in their lives.
In a way we are all People Persons.
A lot of the blogging world is about getting down to a personal level with people.
I like to read what other people have to say about themselves.
It is neat to see how God has made each person so individualistic and how He leads them through life in a totally unique way!
We all have different strengths, weaknesses, likes and dislikes, passions and talents!
So here are a few of mine in no specific order....
4 Favorite Things
- Sitting beside my husband on our little couch with our Bibles and mugs of steaming black coffee!
- My engagement ring and wedding band! The diamond on my engagement ring belonged to J's grandmother then my mom-in-law before it was made into the ring J gave to me when he asked me to be his bride! The rings have not been off my hand since we got married!
- Feeling our little baby move in my womb! I am so thankful to my God for giving this little person life and chose me to carry it!
- Spending time with people I love!
4 Quarks
- I pronounce "Pillow" with an E "Pellow". It makes my husband laugh!
- I have to syke myself up to make phone calls....
- I only have 3 wisdom teeth.
- Sometimes my brain freezes....like right now, trying to think of another one of my quarks....
4 Fears
- SHARKS! For real! I'm seriously afraid of sharks and have been my entire life...I was one of those kids who would check the swimming pool for sharks before getting in.
- Hurt relationships with people I love.
- That I will not know when I go into true labor with this little person. However, I have been reassured by many that it is obvious! Yay!
- Getting my blood drawn. People have such a hard time finding my veins...I walk out of the lab with so many bandages on my arms it looks like I've been attacked.
4 Dreams
- I am living my dream - Being married to the most wonderful man in the world!
- A dream that has not come true yet is to go to Israel; to walk where Jesus walked, to see where Jesus will reign someday and to live among God's chosen, special people!
- I had a dream a couple weeks ago that my baby was born weighing 12 pounds 12 ounces. *cringe* I guess that would be labeled more of a nightmare than a dream.
- To someday build a house with J!
4 Foods
- Pizza all the way!
- REAL Mexican food!
- Fresh off the tree California fruit!
- Breakfast food!
4 Facts
- My name is of Hebrew origin and means "Ewe" a female sheep.
- I am older than my husband but he is much taller and wiser! I love him!!
- I play the piano.
- I have a metal plate and 10 screws in my right arm and the most epic scar to prove it.
4 Weaknesses
- ICECREAM I LOVE IT!!!! Any kind with CHOCOLATE! I would probably take it over any other offered dessert, except perhaps. my mother-in-law's apple pie which is pretty much to die for!
- DONUTS!!! Especially maple bars!!! mmmm....
- I'm stubborn. I used to view it as only a bad thing and that I needed to burn it out of myself entirely. However, God has taught me that stubborn determination is not a bad thing, but actually a good thing when He is in control of it! Though it can be my greatest weakness, it can also be one of my greatest strengths!
- We will count DONUTS again as the 4th weakness because it is plural!!
4 Wishes
- If super powers were real...I would wish that mine was the ability to stock-pile sleep for later! Think about it! All those long road trips where most all you do is sleep...what if you could store that away and use it when life is crazy and sleep is pushed down the priority list. It would be AMAZING!
- To be a godly mom! This is more of a prayer than a wish, because I know it can be reality due to Christ's life in me!
- To be able to play the piano really well!
- To make people smile!
Have a wonderful day, you all! Any day now there will be a baby announcement on here!
